You get a free $100 in credit to try out Goldsky across all products: subgraphs, Turbo pipelines, Edge RPC, or Compose, all at the same rates as paid plans. It is a one-time credit rather than a recurring free tier, so once it runs out you choose a plan. No credit card required to start.

We accept fiat payments via credit card and ACH. For Enterprise customers, we also support token-based payments (subject to liquidity and volatility benchmarks).

When your $100 in free credits is exhausted, all infrastructure is paused. To unpause your subgraphs / pipelines, upgrade to the Scale plan. Credits are a one-time grant — they do not reset at the start of each billing cycle.

No. You can start using the Starter plan with $100 in free credits — no credit card required to get started.

Open your project page on app.goldsky.com, switch to Settings > Plan & Billing and select your desired option ("Scale" or "Community") from the page.

Scale plan billing is month-to-month, meaning you can cancel at any time. You will receive an invoice to pay your pending balance upon cancellation.

For the Community and Scale plan — no. For Enterprise customers, specifically where bespoke infrastructure is being implemented, there may be up-front fees or other service fees.

No. We have implemented rate limits to prevent abuse, but there are no per-query fees within those limits. To increase your limits, contact our sales team at [email protected].

No. you can collaborate with as many team members as you'd like without any per-seat fees.

The Scale plan is month-to-month, billed on the same day each month (the date of your signup). Enterprise contracts are typically 1+ year in term.
